With this heat that has come to us suddenly, nothing better than these poles of fruit and soy yogurt, a healthier option , and without any milk, to refresh us this summer.
Strawberry and mango poles
100 g. of strawberries
50 g. of mango
2 soy yogurts
20 g. of agave syrup or honey
We crush the fruit a bit, but not much, that are left chunks.
Mix fruit, yogurt and honey or syrup and put in molds of poles or in glasses that we have at home with an adequate size, and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
With these quantities come 4 poles.
