The truth is that I needed to do other things, a thousand things that I have started and I do not know if one day I can finish everything, as the saying goes: the one that covers a lot of little squeezes!

I was looking forward to September, it is my favorite month and fall my favorite season and by fiiiiiinnnnn here it is.

How about the holidays? Surely you have enjoyed them to the fullest!

I want to thank everyone for your comments, for your visits, for following me, for giving life to this blog that without you would not make sense.

To get practice in this, I leave a recipe facilitates, but not for that less rich, a custard or cream that will surely like both children and adults.

A lot of kisses!

Custard of nocilla

600 gr. of whole milk
110 gr. of nocilla
30 gr. of maizena and 50 gr. of sugar

We reserve a glass of milk to dissolve the cornstarch.
We put in a saucepan the milk, nocilla and sugar, stir until it is all well dissolved and let it heat up. Add the cup of milk with the dissolved cornstarch and stir without stopping until the mixture thickens.
We pour the custard into glasses or bowls and let it cool for a few hours in the fridge.

In thermomix: We put all the ingredients in the glass and we program 8 minutes, 100º, speed 4.
