Cornmeal and chocolate cookies
We take up the challenge Aunt recipes Alia and I have always inclined to the sweet recipe. I have prepared two recipes making some change regarding the recipe that Carmen gave us.
One has left me like some very delicious muffins and the other one has remained as a cookie.
By the way, very delicious too, I recommend you both, that's why I leave you both recipes!
Good start to the week.
This is the original recipe.
Corn and chocolate flour cookies
175 gr. of corn flour
125 gr. of pastry flour
100 gr. of milk and 50 gr. of lard and 70 gr. of sugar
7 gr. Yeast Royal 50 gr. of small pieces of dark chocolate
25 gr. of white chocolate chips
We mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar and yeast.
In another bowl we put the wet ingredients: eggs, milk and melted lardWe beat them, pour in the dry ingredients and mix good.
We add the chocolate and we integrate it with a spatula.
With a spoon we are putting piles on the baking tray covered with vegetable paper.
We put in the oven preheated to 200º for 20 minutes. We take out of the oven and let cool.
Muffins with corn flour
170 gr. of baking flour
100 gr. of corn flour
190 gr. of milk
1 pinch of salt
20 gr. of lard and 70 gr. of sugar
7 gr. of yeast
The preparation as in the first recipe, only that we put the dough in molds of muffins that I have filled halfway.
The cookies are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
And the cupcakes very fluffy.
I hope you like them
