Well, I've already given premiere to another of my gifts of kings and is this mold in the form of a gift in which the cupcakes are so nice, I love how they are.
It is a normal sponge cake that I have put butter instead of oil , which is what I always do with them.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Tangerine Cake

4 eggs and 180 gr. of sugar and 180 gr. of butter and 180 gr. of flour
Grated and juice of a large mandarin
1 envelope of yeast

Melt the butter and let it cool.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens, add the butter, zest and juice of the mandarin and finally the flour mixed with the yeast.
We integrate well all the ingredients, pour into a greased mold and put in the preheated oven at 180º for 35-40 minutes. cool the mold for 10 minutes, unmold and let it cool completely on a grid.
