I'm somewhat involved doing other things and I do not have a lot of time to put recipes (the list of which I have in the back room is growing) but I do not want to leave the blog unattended, so today I opted to put this orange liquor, I have copied Bethlehem that has some wonderful recipes.
Although at home we do not drink many liqueurs I like to make them to use in cakes and pies. I'll already put all the ones I've made, nuts, strawberry trees, pomegranates ...
And here's the recipe!

Kisses and a happy bridge!

Orange liqueur

Skin of 5 oranges
500 gr. de zúcar
1 liter and a half of white rum
2 cinnamon sticks

We wash the oranges very well and dry them with a cloth or kitchen paper.
We remove the skin with a peeler so that nothing of the white plant remains that is the one that bitter.
We put the skins in a boat with rum, cinnamon and sugar. The first days we move the boat to help the sugar dissolve.
They allow themselves to marinate for 8 months, although it is best to leave them for a year (I have left them for 9 months). fine cloth and we pass it to bottles.
