Since Conservas Juanjo they have sent me some anchovies to try them and I had thought to make a recipe with them but they are so good that I thought it was a shame, so I decided to make a sandwich to taste them well.

Although the name of the sandwich is Mediterranean, due to the ingredients it carries, these anchovies are from the Bay of Biscay, specifically of Santoña and are elaborated with much care and in a traditional way ..

Mediterranean Sandwich
(for 2 people)

2 sandwiches for sandwiches freshly baked
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 can of anchovy fillets Juanjo
2 medium tomatoes cut into thin slices
1 finely chopped finely sliced ​​
1 red pepper roasted and cut into strips
30 grams of chopped black olives

Open the bar along and on the bottom we put a tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of vinegar, on top we place the half of the fillets d and anchovies and then the slices of tomato, onion, olives and pepper strips. We close the sandwich, we press and ready to eat, better with the bread still hot.
