Roses buns

500 grs. of flour of force
25 grs. pressed yeast
75 ml. of olive oil
200 ml. of warm water
Petals of roses (I put a large one)
Poppy seeds
Salt
2 tablespoons of rose water
Butter to paint

At the work table we make a volcano with half the flour, put in the salt and the yeast dissolved in a little warm water. Mix little by little, add the oil and rose water, add the rest of the flour and water and knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and let cover covered with a damp cloth for about 1.5 hours. After this time we remove the dough from the bowl, knead a little to get the air, cut portions of 50-60 grams, put inside rose petals and formed the balls. We leave in a warm place covered with a damp cloth for 2 hours.
Paint the buns with butter, sprinkle with the seeds of poppy, a pinch of salt in flakes and bake at 190º 25 minutes.

** Depending on the type of flour we use, we may need more or less water. We must have an elastic and manageable dough.
